Catering and Hospitality

Prerequisite

NCEA Level 2 Catering or Food and Nutrition, or at discretion of HOD.

This course is designed for students who have an interest in pursuing a career in the food industry, whether that be full or part-time. Valuable life skills are also gained.

Special occasion catering will be a feature of this course and all students will have the opportunity to participate in the various roles involved in running the school restaurant.
