Workshop Skills – Carpentry Year 12/13

This Workshop Skills course is based on Unit Standards developed in conjunction with the Building and Construction Industry Training Organisation. Units gained can be credited against requirements for the National Certificate of Elementary construction. This course also offers additional Unit Standards to cater for individual needs of students.

To gain access to this class, students must have a high standard of general workshop skills from previous years. All students will be required to complete units on Occupational Health and Safety and must be able to demonstrate a high level of self motivation.
