Workshop Skills – Carpentry Year 11

The Workshop Skills course is based largely on Unit Standards. The main focus of the course is to develop practical workshop skills and knowledge. The Unit Standards used are drawn from the general technology area and industry training organisations such as the building industry. Students are required to complete some design and theory work that is directly related to their practical projects.

Students must have demonstrated the ability to work in accordance with Bayfield Technology Department’s policy requirements for practical classes.
