Year 13
Prerequisite - NCEA Level 2 with at least four Music Achievement Standards
There are two aspects at this level - Practical Music (PM) and Music Studies (MS). We offer courses in performance, composition and aspects of music works. Choices are made so that a complete course (24 - 28 credit course) is selected from the more than 48 credits on offer.
Assessment times have been set so that you can achieve your best in all areas. In some areas, earlier formative assessments can be converted into summative (final) assessments, however there will be little opportunity for second chance summative assessment.
